• The contents of this catalog are valid except for typographical errors. Photographs may not be contractual.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Our wholesale sales rate does not include VAT, Equivalence Surcharge, other taxes or fees. This rate cancels the previous ones.
• ALL ORDERS WILL BE DISPATCHED TO PAYED PORTES Except Orders in mainland Spain: If the order does not exceed € 300 net, 10 € will be charged on the invoice (plus taxes) as a postage. Other areas: Higher amounts may be charged depending on the cost of transport.
• Orders under € 60 have an increase of € 5 (plus taxes) on management, packaging and handling.
• Firearms, ammunition, crossbows, and bulky items such as long arms or parapets will have an increase in freight. Special articles on customer's order or outside the fee must be paid in advance and no refund will be allowed for any reason.
• Discounts on Terms of payment: 60 day net turn / Pre-payment with proforma invoice 1.5% discount. Rebate orders are not discounted and suffer an increase by the transport company valued between 3% and 6% of the total amount.
• The products marketed by Zasdar, S.L. Have the guarantees marked by law against any manufacturing defect. Misuse, misuse, accident, wear and tear or misuse is not covered by the warranty. Changes and repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel invalidate the warranty.
• In case of return for repair, warranty or any other concept, the merchandise must always travel at freight prepaid or contact ZASDAR and our contracted carriers will collect the merchandise. The object or objects of return will be accompanied by an explanatory note with the reasons for the return and / or repair, a copy of your purchase invoice and, if applicable, a copy of the sales receipt. DUE PORTFOLIO SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• Any incidence on the receipt of goods must be noted on the delivery note of the carrier upon receipt or refuse the shipment if there is evidence of mistreatment, opening, lack of packages or deterioration in them. No transport complaint will be admitted after 24 hours.
• The satisfactory condition of the merchandise must be checked within a maximum period of 7 days. Refunds will not be accepted for faults or bad conditions after 7 days.
• In compliance with the rules of the Post it is prohibited to send arms by mail.
• The buyer expressly renounces his own jurisdiction and submits himself to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona for any question of sale or default.
• ZASDAR, S.L. Reserves the right of ownership of the goods until the payment of the total amount of the merchandise. The buyer undertakes to return the goods if required for reasons of non-payment.
• Upon receipt of a shipment, the present conditions are understood to be ratified and in force by both parties involved in the sale transaction.
• ALL BRANDS in this catalog belong to their rightful owners.
