Privacy statement and Legal Warnings

Due to the application of the new European regulation of the correct use of your data (RGPD) with effect from May 25, 2018 and to protect the privacy of our customers, our terms of data protection change.

5 - WHAT USER DATA WILL TREAT ZASDAR?
ZASDAR will treat the following categories of User data:

6 - WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION OF THE TREATMENT OF THE DATA OF THE USER?
The processing of user data by ZASDAR for the sending of commercial communications, for the preparation of profiles and for the completion of satisfaction surveys is based on the legitimate interest of ZASDAR in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD. On the other hand, the treatment of the User's data to manage, process and follow up on purchases made by the User is the execution of the purchase contract, so the provision of data for this purpose is mandatory and would prevent compliance otherwise.

9 - EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

ZASDAR will treat the data of the User at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and keeping the duty of secrecy regarding them, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee security. of your data and avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

11 - CHANGES
